3. SMS Communications & TCPA Consent
By submitting your phone number through our quote form or any other form on our website, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Yesod Inc. (operating as Florida Attics) at the phone number provided, including messages sent by automated technology, about your quote, appointment reminders, project updates, and related offers.
- Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. You may also email us at the address in Section 8 below.
- For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us using the information in Section 8.
- Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission.
4. How We Share Your Information

- Opt out of email — click "Unsubscribe" in any marketing email we send. Transactional emails (e.g., appointment confirmations) are not affected.
- Access or delete your data — you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the information in Section 8. We will respond within 30 days.
- Florida residents — if you are a Florida resident, you may have additional rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR) effective July 1, 2024, including the right to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain uses of your personal data.
