1. About Florida Attics

Florida Attics provides residential and commercial home improvement services including insulation, attic upgrades, air sealing, ventilation improvements, and related services.

Florida Attics operates as a managed service network. Work may be performed by Florida Attics employees and/or licensed, insured third-party contractors within our approved service network. Florida Attics is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and quality standards of all work performed under its brand.

All work is performed in accordance with applicable Florida Building Code and local regulations.

2. Estimates Are Not Binding Contracts

Any pricing, estimate, calculator output, savings projection, or range provided through the Services—whether shown online, emailed, texted, or communicated verbally—is a preliminary, non-binding estimate only and does not constitute a contract, offer, or guarantee of service.

Florida Attics reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time prior to execution of a signed service agreement, to:

• Modify, increase, or decrease pricing
• Adjust scope of work or materials
• Add or remove line items based on on-site conditions
• Decline service for any reason
• Withdraw any estimate without liability

A binding agreement is formed only when:

• A written service agreement is issued by Florida Attics LLC
• The Customer signs the agreement
• Florida Attics confirms acceptance (electronic or written)

No estimate, deposit, or scheduling action alone creates a binding contract.

3. Contractor Network & Service Fulfillment

Florida Attics may assign or subcontract work to qualified, licensed, and insured third-party contractors within its approved service network.

By using the Services, you agree that:

• Service providers may vary by job, location, or scheduling availability
• Florida Attics remains the coordinating entity responsible for service fulfillment
• Subcontracted crews are authorized to perform work under Florida Attics standards
• Assignment of contractors does not change pricing, warranty coverage, or obligations under your signed service agreement

4. Scheduling, Confirmation & Access

Requested appointment times or booking selections are requests only and are not confirmed until validated by Florida Attics.

We may reschedule or adjust appointment times due to:

• Contractor availability
• Weather conditions
• Safety concerns
• Property access issues
• Operational requirements

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled service up until 24 hours before the scheduled installation or service start time without penalty.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $150 or reasonable incurred dispatch costs, at Florida Attics’ discretion.

If a technician is dispatched or arrives on-site and cannot complete work due to customer unavailability or denied access, a service fee may apply.

6. Deposits & Payments

If a deposit is collected, it secures scheduling priority but does not guarantee final pricing or scope.

By reserving or completing checkout online, you authorize Florida Attics to securely store your payment method (card on file) with our PCI-compliant payment processor and to charge the remaining balance to that card after your installation is completed. Full card details are held by our payment processor; Florida Attics does not store your full card number. You may withdraw this authorization at any time before installation by cancelling your order.

Final payment terms will be defined in the signed service agreement. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services or legal collection action where applicable.

7. Savings & Performance Estimates

Any energy savings, utility reductions, or performance improvements displayed are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Results vary based on home conditions, HVAC systems, usage, and environmental factors.

8. No Warranties on Website or Tools

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of calculations, or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Florida Attics LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services or reliance on estimates.

Total liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) amounts paid to Florida Attics in the past 12 months, or (b) $100.

10. Data & Communication Consent

By submitting information through the Services, you consent to being contacted via phone, SMS, or email regarding quotes, scheduling, and service updates.

Message/data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

11. Third-Party Data

Property and home data may be sourced from third-party providers. Florida Attics does not guarantee accuracy of such data.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials are owned by Florida Attics LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Florida Attics LLC and its contractors from claims arising from misuse of Services, breach of Terms, or property access issues caused by you.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.

15. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of updates.
